8 Minute Abs—is this the real deal?  Well, from the looks of it, it probably is.  You may be wondering, how in the world you can get fit, and ripped abs in 8 minutes.  Actually, it’s a series of 8 minute workouts.  They work on different parts of your body.  Here’s a summary of what you’ll get:

•    8 Minute Abs – Of course, it’s kind of self explanatory.  This 8 minute video will help you to work on your abs.  Guess how much time you spend on each exercise?  About 45 seconds.  In order to get results, you have to be consistent with it.

•    8 Minute Buns – This video targets your buttocks.  You will be doing squats, lunges, and other exercises that can help firm and tone that area back there.  If you’ve never done any of these or it’s been a long time, you may want to go easy on yourself.  You have to balance your body when you’re doing these.

•    8 Minute Arms – You can get those arms in great shape by getting them firmed and toned.  This video promises you great muscle strength within 8 minutes.  You’d have to see that for yourself.

•    8 Minute Legs – With this video, you will be working your thigh muscles.  This video is supposed to help you get that area of your body toned and firmed.
For all four of these 8 minute videos, there is no exercise equipment used.  You just use your body and watch the timer on the video.  You should be able to feel the burn from your body if you consistently work it.  This video collection is a two pack that includes the four DVD videos to make it happen.
